The Suzuki Method repertoire is contained in a series of progressive books. Each book represents an important step in the development of a child’s musical ability. Book graduations are considered as ceremonies, not exams. They are celebrations of achievement, and recognition of the effort our students, families, and teachers put into learning. Participating students will play the solo they have selected as well as the repeats in the songs being performed by other students (if possible). 

While the majority of students performing at this event are students graduating from Twinkle to Book 3 - for all instruments.  It is also open to those not yet graduating but wish to have a performing opportunity.  All instruments and duets and trios are also welcome.

• Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm (Tuning and set-up start at 2:30pm)
• Location: Sunrise Assisted Living (456 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville)
• Fees: No charge.  Fee is now included in your yearly OSA Membership Fee
• Admission:  Free

 
Opened to ALL instruments.  Space and time is limited, please register on-line and early ("Register Now" button is on the right or at the bottom).  Only registered OSA members will be allowed to participate on the day!  A waitlist will be available when the maximum of performers have registered.

Kindly limit guests attending this recital as seating is limited and preference given to the residents of the Senior's home for whom this recital is intended as part of our community outreach initiatives.  Also note that young children must be kept close to their parents.  We have had some unfortunate complaints of children running around uncontrolled in the facility which affects our reputation and future recitals.
