It's time for the Annual Oakville Suzuki Association Christmas Concert - the only time that all the instruments across the OSA come together to perform. It's also the OSA's only fundraiser of the year so please extend an invite to all of your family and friends to attend this wonderful concert that all of the teachers and students have worked so hard to put on.

Location: Church of the Incarnation 1240 Old Abbey Lane, Oakville

Dress Code for Audience: Business Casual to Formal

Dress Code for Musicians: Perfomers should be dressed in a white top, dark pants or skirt and black shoes.  Special occasion or "holiday" dresses and red and green accents are also permitted. For expamle a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, colourful tie or hair ties/bows.

*Please note we will be holding ONE combined concert for all Book levels this year. 

Pre-Concert Rehearsal starts promptly at 1:00pm

*Refreshments will be available for purchase and can be enjoyed during the performances. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase. All proceeds will go to the OSA.
*As a courtesy to all audience members, if you would like to record any part of the performance with any device (including smartphones) we ask that you move to the sides or the back of the hall to avoid blocking anyone's view.
*The concert is a very family friendly event and we encourage children of all ages to attend. For young ones who need to keep their hands busy while enjoying the music, a complimentary Kids' Colouring Area will be available (supervision not provided).
*Please remind your child/ren that it is important that they sit quietly and respectfully when they are on stage and not playing. Also, we ask the audience if they need to get up or move, to do so between the pieces.
Entrance Tickets
An Entrance ticket is required for all volunteers, Board members, Committee members, etc. 
Tickets are $10.  Online ticket sales will close Saturday Dec. 16 at 10:00am.  Ticket will be available at the door.
Current registered OSA students, performing teachers and children under 12 are free.


Merry Christmas
Tickets are $10 in advance and $10 at the door. Performing students currently registered with the OSA, OSA teachers and children 12 and under, are free.
Purchase Tickets


Music sheets for the Christmas carols are in the OSA Christmas Carols for Strings books (cello and violin (green cover) and harmony for cello and violin (white cover)). These books are available for purchase, please see your group class teachers.
Violin books are low but there are plenty of copies for cello. In the event that we are sold out of the violin carols book this year, music download for violin is available at the bottom of this page.
Carols book (green cover) is $10/ea and Harmony book (white cover) is $15/ea. The CD with soundtracks (for listening!) is $5/ea. e-transfer is preferred to and please use carolsbook2023 for the password.
Students should check with private teacher and/or group class teachers on which music part to play (eg. Violin 1, Harmony, Violin 3, etc.) Flute students should check witih your teacher for music.
