The Music History Class is based on the RCM Level 9 Music History curriculum. Register and learn about the composers you play and the music they wrote, all within the era they lived in.
The Harmony Class is based on the RCM Level 9 Harmony curriculum. Register and gain superior knowledge of music through the fundamentals of harmonic language.
You do not need to be in Level 9 RCM or the equivalent in your instrument to take these courses.
By the end of the course, you will be ready to take the RCM exams.
Taught by OSA teacher, Michelle Coon, an RCM certified teacher in all levels of Theory, History and Harmony, courses are available to both OSA and non-OSA students. OSA students will receive a discount in their shopping cart.
Classes run weekly every Tuesday at QEPCCC, starting September 10th. Check the calendar for specific dates.
Registration fees for each class are $ 555.00 for OSA members and $ 575.00 for non-members.
