Family Day Chamber Music Festival 2016

The OSA Annual Chamber Music Festival will be held on 15 February 2016, as part of the Town of Oakville's Family Day celebration, at the QEPCCC. 

OSA students are encouraged to join in the fun and take part in the Chamber Music Festival.  There will be no adjudication this year.  Teachers will help students to find partners and music for trios and duets.  The regular violin and cello group classes will also take part in the event.  Plans are in place for all groups to join and play the music from Star Wars main title.

Musicians of all ages and abilities are welcome! 

Registration:

• Performing time slots are limited
• Click "Register Now" button on the right
• All musicians of each ensemble register as ONE group.  Please enter all musicians' names.

Fee:

• $5/student participating in small chamber groups.
• Maximum fee for a Family Ensemble is $15 and a group of 5 or more musicians is $25
• Free for group-class groups playing Star Wars

Ask your teacher for the Star Wars music.

The full schedule of the Town's Family Day activities can be viewed online (pg 10-11 for activities at QEPCCC).  OSA also hosting a few sessions for young Oakvillians wanting to participate in the ever popular Early Childhood Music class and Try-an-Instrument sessions.
